Non-plant merchandise (tools, accessories, unopened seed packets) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Live plants are perishable. If a plant arrives dead, damaged, or significantly different from the product description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Email info@plantplacemn.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization when required.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or approve a plant claim).
We can often exchange an item for another size or product of equal value when inventory allows.
