At plantplacemn, we ship live plants, seeds, and garden supplies across the United States with care.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free shipping on all qualifying US orders. There is no minimum order amount for free shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Live plants may require additional packing time to protect them during transit.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on destination and carrier. Extreme weather may delay plant shipments to protect plant health.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@plantplacemn.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
